The Episcopal Parish of All Saints' Church & St. George's Chapel is blessed with a unique and active music program. Led by Organist & Director of Communications, Jon Rania and Associate Organist Steve Shoop, the parish musicians provide leadership for Sunday services, special events, and concerts throughout the year. Several times during the year, the choirs from both locations combine to form the Parish Choir, which sings and leads special services and events, such as Lessons & Carols for Advent, Festival Evensong for Epiphany, and Heritage Sunday. Of particular note is our parish musicians' involvement in the annual Rehoboth Jazz Festival, for which three jazz mass settings have been commissioned and premiered by our musicians from composers Horace Boyer, Jeremy Fox, and Angelo diLoreto.
Our parish is blessed with two concert series, "Concerts by the Sea" and the "Summer Organ Recitals" series. Both offer a wide variety of programming featuring a great mix of music and musicians, ranging from classical to Broadway. Some groups and musicians who have visited our parish include the US Army Chorus Baritones, Celtic to Classical, The Boysie Lowery Living Jazz Residency and more. Some of our popular favorites include the annual jazz mass and the Pipe Organ Spooktacular (part of the annual Sea Witch Festival).
